The Air Training Corps is a uniformed youth organisation open to boys and girls from 13 to 18 years.
It is not a recruiting agency for the Royal Air Force, but it is actively supported by the R.A.F., and many of its members do go on to have careers

2469 St. Thomas Squadron gives young people the opportunity to go flying and gliding, to visit RAF stations (both in the UK and abroad), to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme, to go camping and Adventure Training, and to participate in countless other aviation related events and activities, including BTEC Qualifications in Public Service and Aviation Studies.

We are based in temporary accommodation at present, sharing rooms with the City of Exeter St John's Ambulance Brigade on the Marsh Barton Trading Estate.
The cadets parade here on two evenings a week, Monday and Friday, from 19:00 to 21:15 hours, as well as some extra weekend events and activities.
