My tutor at Engineering College always told us that

After a by election held because of the resignation of one of the Halsdon Councillors a fifth Conservative was elected to serve on the Council, the balance reverting to 20/5. a list of the Councillors can be found on "The Councillors" page. There will also be placed, under a separate heading, news that will effect other local communities.
