Park Playgroup is a pre-school offering high quality nursery education for 3 to 5 year olds. We are situated in the grounds of Redhills Community Primary School, Landhayes Road, Exeter.
Our main aim is to encourage the children in our care to learn through play whilst also enabling them to work through the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum as laid down by the Government.

We are open every weekday during school term time offering morning and afternoon education sessions with our ever popular Lunch Club in between. Our session times are: Morning 08.50am until 11.20am, Lunch is 11.20am until 12.20pm and our afternoon session runs from 12.20pm until 2.50pm.
We are registered to claim Government funding for children in the term following their third birthday.
We are a non-profit making organisation, a member of the Pre-school Learning Alliance, and are Ofsted approved. Indeed, Ofsted reported at our most recent inspection (November 2008) that Park Playgroup offers high quality nursery education, a fact that we are very proud of. We were awarded a grade of Good overall with some of the aspects of our practice graded as Outstanding. A copy of our most recent Ofsted inspection report is available for parents/carers to read on request from the group or on the Ofsted website.
Parents/Carers are welcome to call in during a session, no appointment necessary, to view the group. We operate a waiting list and early registration is advised although often spaces become available for late registrations.
Due to very popular demand for places within Park Playgroup we are now FULL for the SEPTEMBER 2010 intake but we do have two places left for the JANUARY 2011 intake, so now is the time to contact us as places within our provision are always at a premium. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
