We provide a free and confidential counselling service for young people aged 12 - 18.

In each of our lives there are times when, for whatever reason, we need a bit of help. Someone who can listen to us, who cares and understands. Someone who isn't going to judge us or our actions. Sometimes talking to someone who isn't involved in the situation is really useful to get a clearer picture of how you feel and what you want to do.
The counsellors at In Touch can offer friendly support and help with things that concern you. They can also:
*Find information and advice on practical issues through our network with other agencies.
*Offer telephone support and advice for parents or carers of people in this age range.
We are a free service.
INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS(by appt. only):
This is where you have a chance to find out whether counselling is the right thing for you by talking to one of our counsellors. These can be arranged on Tue, Wed or Fri.
REGULAR COUNSELLING(by appt. only):
After you've had an introductory session you may decide you would like to make a regular appointment. These are the times:
Tuesdays and Wednesdays 2p.m.,3:15p.m.,4:30p.m.
Fridays 10:15a.m.,11:30a.m. 12:45p.m.
Sessions last an hour.
